This work explores the face as a space of transformation, emotion, and resilience, where identity is not fixed but ever-changing, in constant dialogue between the human, the symbolic, the constructed, and the collective consciousness.

Through layers of paint, words, faces, and symbols, I construct figures that inhabit an in-between space—between the biological and the synthetic, between memory and perception. These faces emerge and transform, reflecting states of consciousness in constant change.

Each pictorial gesture keeps the creative process visible, affirming the presence of being, time, and emotion. The layers reveal shifts, tensions, and openings, where spirituality appears as a reflection of our own transformation.

In dialogue with Naturaleza en Presencia, this work exists precisely where the living still pulses and cannot be completely reduced or indexed. Through the face, words, symbols, and layers, the painting resists the standardization of the image and proposes a reconnection with the complexity of being human: our emotions, constant changes, external influences, and the ever-changing nature of identity.
