AIR - ACTIVATING THE CANVAS

In this module we go into Air and how to Air off our limiting believes.

We are often unaware of our limiting beliefs because they were "passed on" to us by attitudes and beliefs of others. As long as they remain unconscious they can hold us back from achieving our fullest potential and experiencing joy. 

For example; if we have heard all of our lives we are not good enough then we will always create situations that limit our personal growth or goals.

Changing Your Perspective by Changing Your Words Through the Canvas! 

Perspective is everything when it comes to how we feel, and the words that we use are critical factors of our perspective. 

As an example what in your life do you feel and say "I AM NOT GOOD ENOUGH", OR "I AM NOT CREATIVE" OR "I HAVE TO GET TO WORK" OR "I CAN'T .... When you change the perspective this will dramatically impact your unconscious mind. 

What ares in your mind do you feel and say "I am not" or "I have to"? Make a list and change it to "I get to", I get to go to work, or "I am not" to "I am creative", or "I can't" vs "How an I".

Once you have created this list we can go to the canvas and use it to activate our canvas. Doing this allows the brain to stop shutting off possibilities and instead loon for ways to care the things your desire! 

The canvas is where your own inner self gets to give voice to its own wisdom. Your inner self knows your limiting beliefs. It knows where your get stuck, how you feel, and what you desire. 

Your pathway to your own personal Freedom can be as simple as shifting the way you step up to your canvas!
