Payments

Payments can be made through the website and pay with a Visa or MAstercard in US dollars.

Payment arrangements or deposits.

You can make payment arrangements on all Original paintings. A 50% deposit will be required to reserve a painting and then another 50% payment a month later, or 2 25% payments over 2 months can be arranged. If you would like to work out a payment arrangement please email me directly. An invoice will be sent and details for payment will be emailed to you. By reserving artwork with a payment plan you understand that this is a deposit to secure your artwork and you will be required to pay the remaining balance before shipping.

This is not a credit scheme, but an arrangement on trust, at no extra cost to you. Usual shipping costs and return policy will apply.


SHIPPING

Once I make payment when will my artwork by shipped?

As soon as the full payment has been made your painting will be shipped within 5 business days. All artwork will be shipped and packed rolled up. Local purchases will be personally delivered within 3 - 4 business days. All shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery.

Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional fees or import taxes will be the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping charges will be added upon purchase.

Damaged goods

What if my artwork is damaged while shipping?

All work is packed rolled up and protected. If your art purchase gets damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph.

What about Overseas Returns?

At this time we are unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent overseas.
